Sophie Fraser is a Neuro and Mindset Coach and Rapid Transformational Therapist specialising in sustainable high performance. She blends applied neuroscience, nervous-system regulation and subconscious identity work to create leadership change that holds under pressure.
Sophie is passionate about helping high-achieving women break free from burnout and imposter patterns, and from the survival strategies that keep them stuck, perfectionism, people-pleasing, procrastination and carrying the invisible load. Her work helps women take back inner control and lead with calm confidence.
Her spaces are known for being both powerful and human. Sophie is often described as an empathetic, knowledgeable leader who is fiercely supportive, creating communities where like-minded women can breathe, expand, laugh, and think deeply about what they want next.
